Kalnin Ventures closes on second acquisition of Marcellus shale assets

Kalnin Ventures LLC today announced it has closed on its second acquisition of a non-operating portfolio in the northeast Marcellus shale play of Pennsylvania, on behalf of its investor Banpu Pcl.
