(WO) - Abu Dhabi School of Management and UAE-based AI firm Saal.ai have entered a strategic collaboration aimed at strengthening AI-enabled leadership capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills aligned with national energy and infrastructure priorities.

Under the agreement, Saal.ai’s enterprise AI and big data platform, DigiXT, will be integrated into selected leadership and executive programs, giving current and future managers hands-on exposure to real-world data, analytics, and decision intelligence tools increasingly used across energy, industrial, and government operations. The initiative is designed to prepare leaders to manage complex, data-intensive environments as artificial intelligence becomes more embedded in operational, regulatory, and investment decisions.

The partnership aligns with the UAE’s national AI strategy, which emphasizes building domestic capability in advanced analytics, automation, and digital governance. For the energy sector, the collaboration reflects a broader push to ensure leadership pipelines are equipped to oversee AI-driven workflows, optimize asset performance, and translate data into faster, more resilient decision-making across upstream, midstream, and industrial systems.
