Aesen, Topline launch offshore services joint venture in the Philippines
(WO) — Aesen and Topline Group have formed Aesen Topline Offshore Corp., a joint venture that will provide offshore logistics, maritime support and project management services for offshore energy, marine construction and infrastructure projects in the Philippines.
The new company combines Aesen's experience in offshore maritime logistics, multi-vessel operations and project execution with Topline's local market knowledge, regulatory expertise and business network. The partners said the venture is intended to support growing demand for specialized marine services as offshore development activity expands across the country.
Aesen Topline Offshore will provide integrated maritime solutions for offshore energy developments, offshore wind projects, marine civil construction and critical maritime infrastructure.
"The Philippines represents one of the most exciting growth markets for offshore energy and marine infrastructure in the region," said Darren Ang, group chief executive officer of Aesen. "As offshore developments move closer to execution and infrastructure investments continue to accelerate, there is an increasing need for experienced maritime partners capable of delivering safe, reliable and efficient project support services."
The companies said the joint venture will leverage Aesen's offshore logistics and project delivery capabilities alongside Topline's in-country operational presence to support customers throughout the project lifecycle.
The partners expect increasing investment in offshore energy, port infrastructure and coastal developments to drive long-term demand for marine support services in the Philippines. They said the joint venture will focus on delivering integrated logistics and offshore support solutions while maintaining an emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance and operational performance.
