EIV Capital raises $1.1 billion for upstream, energy infrastructure investments

April 23, 2026

(WO) - EIV Capital has closed approximately $1.1 billion in capital commitments across two funds targeting U.S. upstream and energy infrastructure investments.

The firm’s EIV Resources II fund will focus on acquiring non-operated working interests in oil and gas assets across the Lower 48, building on its existing upstream platform. A separate Fund V will invest in energy infrastructure, including gathering, processing, transportation and storage assets.

Company executives said the strategy reflects continued demand for reliable domestic energy and supporting infrastructure, particularly as power demand and industrial activity grow.

The combined raise expands EIV Capital’s multi-strategy platform and positions the firm to deploy capital across both producing assets and supporting midstream systems.
