EnerMech wins multi-year UKCS contract for offshore topside services
(WO) - EnerMech has secured a multi-year contract to deliver integrated topside process services across a portfolio of offshore assets in the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS), further strengthening its position in the North Sea.
Under the agreement, EnerMech will provide a range of services including bolting, leak testing, nitrogen services, fluid pumping, cryogenic pipe freezing, machining, hydrostatic and ultrasonic testing, along with pre-commissioning and commissioning support.
The work will be managed from the company’s Aberdeen base, supported by its fleet of nitrogen units, pumps, machining equipment and testing systems. EnerMech will also deploy its SIMPro digital platform to support real-time operational oversight and planning.
CEO Charles “Chuck” Davison Jr. said the award reflects the strength of the company’s long-standing relationship with the operator and its focus on safe, reliable offshore delivery.
“Our delivery model is built on technical excellence, deep operational insight, and the ability to mobilize quickly with the right people, equipment and systems to support our clients’ operational goals,” Davison said.
Nuno de Sousa, SVP Energy Solutions, added that familiarity with the asset portfolio enables efficient execution and reduced operational risk.
“By combining multi-skilled teams, owned equipment, and SIMPro-backed planning, we reduce interface risk and deliver consistent, high-quality performance across every scope,” he said.
