Fulkrum strengthens Colombia operations with new Bogotá hub

February 17, 2026

Fulkrum has opened a new office in Bogotá, Colombia, expanding its presence in South America and supporting technical assurance services for upstream oil and gas and emerging energy projects in the region.

The new office will support a recently awarded framework agreement with a national operator, under which Fulkrum is providing inspection, technical staffing and asset integrity services across a portfolio of projects. Work under the agreement began in early 2026 and includes in-country and global inspection support as well as technical staffing services.

Fulkrum said the Bogotá base strengthens its ability to deliver local and regional support for quality assurance, compliance and project execution across upstream developments and energy infrastructure projects. The company now employs approximately 120 personnel across South America, including a team of more than 80 based in Colombia.

The office represents Fulkrum’s first permanent presence in Colombia and reflects growing demand for inspection, expediting, auditing and technical staffing services across the country’s energy sector. The company said it plans to expand its local workforce as project activity increases, supporting both conventional upstream operations and new energy initiatives across the region.
