World Petroleum Congress opens registration for December meeting in Houston

Under the theme Innovative Energy Solutions, delegates can expect a packed four-day program with over 500 expert speakers sharing their insights into current industry trends, as well as creative solutions and best practices to address industry challenges. Last spring, a difficult but responsible decision was made to postpone the 23rd World Petroleum Congress for a full year until December 2021. “We believe that current trends affirm we can hold a safe, in-person event that will be important for our industry this December,” said Jeff Shellebarger, Chairman of the 23rd World Petroleum Congress Organizing Committee. “Attendees will have the opportunity to come together to network, build relationships, and to participate in conversation and dialogue to understand global perspectives on the future of energy, energy transformation, and the priorities going forward."
