Dover Artificial Lift acquires PCP Oil Tools in Argentina
THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Dover Artificial Lift has announced its acquisition of PCP Oil Tools in Argentina. The company will take over the local firm's operations in the San Jorge basin, from CanadonSecoto Las Heras, covering Sinopec operations and at the El Corcovooilfield, explored by PlusPetrol, located in the Neuquen basin.
With the acquisition, the company expects to lead the way as one of the leading companies in the country with products and services to assist in the extraction of hydrocarbons. Dover Artificial Lift says it enters Argentina with well-known and respected legacy brands and the expertise to allow operators to get the most production out of their oil and gas wells.
