D&L Oil Tools passes API certification and license requirements
TULSA -- D&L Oil Tools’ quality management system has been granted API’s Q1 Certification and their packers and bridge plug products now possess API 11D1 Monogram licenses. The API designations require multiple on-site audits that verified that the company’s facilities and quality management system met the program requirements. As part of the certification process, licensees are required to maintain the capabilities, including the resources, processes and technology, to manufacture products that fall within the scope of licensing.
D&L’s CEO Lee Eslicker said, “I am honored to be part of an elite group of companies with this certification and proud of our team for the effort and dedication it has displayed through this process.” API represents all aspects of America’s oil and natural gas industry and has led the development of petroleum and petrochemical equipment and operating standards for more than 85 years. Many of their standards have been incorporated into state and federal regulations.
