Fjords Processing wins supplier award from GE

FORNEBU, Norway -- Fjords Processing was recently honored by General Electric (GE) through its supplier award, Excellence in Customer Centricity.

The prestigious award recognizes suppliers that consistently meet the sourcing critical to quality and price, delivery quality, and demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to GE.

Fjords Processing received the award at the GE Power and Water supplier's conference held at Shanghai on May 6.

Fjords Processing's relationship with GE started in 1997 by supplying modules globally for GE's power business. At the conference in Shanghai, Fjords Processing was also recognized with an award for the delivery of the 1,000th module to GE Power and Water since 1997.

Muralee Menon, Fjords Processing's managing director for the Asia Pacific region, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
