EMGS inks 3D EM data sales agreement in Barents Sea
TRONDHEIM, Norway -- Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) has entered into a data licensing agreement with an oil company for the provision of 3D EM data from EMGS's multi-client data library in the Barents Sea.
The agreement is worth approximately $3 million. The name of the company with whom the agreement has been signed has not been revealed.
The data will be delivered in March 2015 and EMGS will therefore book the full amount as late sales in the first quarter of 2015.
