Resin-Coated Proppants with Remarkably Improved Crush Resistance and Conductivity using Modified Novolac Resins
Resin Coated Sands (RCSs) incorporating innovatively Modified Novolac Resins (MNR) are found to result in significant enhancement in crush strength and high closure stress proppant conductivity in comparison with the control proppant incorporating the pristine, unmodified Novolac Resin.
