Our Exposition is truly a unique event, hosted for the industry by the industry, where company leaders exhibit the most advanced equipment and technology, and respected industry speakers address key oil and gas industry issues in technical sessions.

Our 60th anniversary industry showcase promises to be a great success and unparalleled business opportunity. Held biennially at the Cajundome & Convention Center in Lafayette, Louisiana, our event draws more than 300 industry volunteers, who work tirelessly to welcome thousands of attendees, including major decision makers from the U.S. and around the world, as well as more than 430 exhibitors, displaying equipment and technologies for all phases of oilfield operations.

Since our first show in 1955, LAGCOE has evolved in parallel with the oil and gas industry. Originally an exhibition focused primarily on the Louisiana Gulf Coast, today we are one of the largest petroleum industry conferences in the U.S., attracting international attention. The exhibitors of tools, equipment, technology, industrial devices and other critical resources supporting the industry number more than 400 at this year’s event.

LAGCOE 2015 exhibits and technical sessions showcase the latest tools and services from the world’s leading suppliers.  LAGCOE technical sessions offer practical solutions for enhancing production and minimizing costs, both of which are mission-critical objectives in the modern oilfield.

LAGCOE has once again been selected to participate as a U.S. Department of Commerce International Buyer Program (Select). Through this program, the U.S. Commercial Service promotes LAGCOE in oil and gas producing nations around the world. LAGCOE 2015 will again host an impressive group of international visitors and exhibitors, including PEMEX Procurement International and Aramco Services Company. Global business development opportunities, including business to business meetings and networking, are all available at LAGCOE 2015.

What’s new at LAGCOE 2015? Look around and you will see continued energy exemplified by the Young Professionals of LAGCOE, who continue to work toward developing the industry leaders of tomorrow. We’ll host our Third Annual Career Fair to support career development needs of industry workforce. The LAGCOE Education Fund, a fund at Community Foundation of Acadiana, continues to grow and offer direct support in the development of the next generations of industry leaders by providing college scholarships to students at both Louisiana State University (LSU) and University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL), creating an endowed professorship at South Louisiana Community College (SLCC), supporting programs at the ULL College of Engineering, and supporting LAGOCE programming for workforce development and career fairs as well as the Future Energy Professionals Program.

We want to thank the hundreds of volunteers, who rolled up their sleeves and did whatever was necessary to make this a great show.  We especially acknowledge Executive Director Angela Cring, Industry Relations Director Claire Thom, Events Manager Danielle Morrissey, Marketing Coordinator Lauren Rabalais, Special Projects Coordinator Jillian Dickerson, as well as the team of LAGCOE student interns, for playing a vital role in the success of this event.
