Deaths

James C. "Jim" Rankin, 72, born in Brenham, Texas, but a long time resident of Conroe, Texas, died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2000. He was a well-known commercial photographer in Houston, working first with Bob Bailey Studios. He subsequently opened Jim Rankin Photography. He was an active member of NOMADS and Optimist Club.
